We were engaged to transform a raw, industrial shell—defined only by its bare concrete envelope and a single steel framed window—into a luxurious and highly flexible two-bedroom apartment. The brief centred on maximising natural light while preserving privacy, and on creating a space adaptable to the client’s varied lifestyle as a yoga practitioner, entertainer and dedicated reader.
