Located on a constrained site in Northcote, this renovation focuses on maximising spatial efficiency while working within a tight budget.
The design replaces traditional stud walls with integrated joinery elements to define rooms, reclaiming valuable millimetres and transforming them into usable space. A slim galley kitchen, enhanced by strategically placed skylights, reinforces the home’s linear geometry and introduces abundant natural light, creating an unexpectedly generous sense of volume.
