Northcote Residence

The design replaces traditional stud walls with integrated joinery elements to define rooms, reclaiming valuable millimetres and transforming them into usable space. A slim galley kitchen, enhanced by strategically placed skylights, reinforces the home’s linear geometry and introduces abundant natural light, creating an unexpectedly generous sense of volume. Half of the eastern façade is glazed, incorporating full height windows and a glass cathedral ceiling that bring daylight deep into the living and dining areas. These elements work
