As the population ages, there will be a greater need for housing for the aged and those of all ages with disabilities. While this may not appear to be ‘fashionable’ or even exciting among certain architectural practices, at Co-Lab it’s seen as imperative in planning for an older population which requires these facilities now, as much as in the near and distant futures.
