Schools have become an important part of Co-Lab’s portfolio – extending from early childhood centres through to primary and secondary schools. While the indoor spaces respond to the way children learn now and into the future, so do the outdoor spaces, particularly in those earlier years when young children need to be connected to the outdoors, whether it’s the sky or the earth under their feet.
As important are spaces that respond to the way teachers and other educational practitioners work, whether they are engaged in a classroom setting or requiring their own space for preparation or individual meetings. Always at the back of Co-Lab’s mind is the need to create engaging environments to allow students and staff to maximise their full potential
